New program Get Fit with Kristen with Kristen Gorrasi Fitness Expert.
This programfeatures Kristen Gorrasi demonstrating stretching, weight training, strengthening and Pilates. It is broadcast at 8AM, 12PM and 6PM every day Monday through Friday. Kristen just wrapped up two more programs! One is Upper Body Strength and the other is Cardio Training. Be sure to tune in and you may take advantage of this wonderful fitness regime in your own home. Kristen is available as a personal trainer. She is highly motivating, skilled and a delight!
